Meet our Team:

Cassandra Jamieson: Cassandra has been in the travel industry for 9 years and her passion is action and adventure travel. Having travelled with Contiki, G Adventures, Avalon Waterways and Insight Vacations, to name some, she is able to offer her clients first hand advice regarding the many different types of "touring" available.

Her travel within the past couple of years has included Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, Nicaragua, Portugal, Amsterdam, Switzerland, Thailand, Italy, Greece, El Salvador, and Costa Rica. She has also been to various Caribbean Islands and throughout North America.

She is a Destination Wedding and Honeymoon Specialist and has booked somewhere upwards of 30 wedding groups from 15 to 80 plus guests. She can recommend destinations and resorts to match your dreams and budget - as well as advise you of where you should steer clear of. She's also stayed at several Sandal Resorts which offer the ultimate romantic getaways.

Nette Bacaling: Nette is originally from the Philippines and worked with Holland America for several years booking passengers on Shore Excursions, so she's seen a good chunk of the world on most of the continents. She also has first hand knowledge countries within Asia including Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and more.

She recently travelled to Costa Rica in May with G Adventures. One of the most biologically diverse countries in the world – Nette had a chance to rappel down waterfalls in the lush rainforest, hike around Arenal Volcano and travel to Monteverde where she soared through the trees like Tarzan on a series of ziplines. Prior to that she's been to Jamaica and on a River Cruise from Paris to Normandy's Landing Beaches!

She is a cruise specialist and able to help you unravel the complexities of choosing a cruise line that suits your travel style from Basic to Five Star luxury lines such as Regent or Crystal Cruises. Her clients love her attention to detail, patience and sense of humour. Oh yes - and she speaks Spanish, English and Tagalog!

Debbie Hetherington: Debbie has been in the travel industry for more then 30 years and has seen the industry from a time when only a "few" travelled to present day when almost everyone has been on a plane at one time or another.

Her recent destinations have included Costa Rica, Ireland, Tahiti, European River Cruising, and travel within Europe including Greece and Italy. Of course when you have been in the business for so many years her list of "places" she's been is extensive.

She is a specialist in both Ocean Cruises and River Cruises as well as motor coach tours such as Globus and Trafalgar.

Samantha Heide: Sam is young and new to the industry but extremely excited, enthusiastic and hard working. In the last few years she has been on an Eastern and Western Caribbean Cruise with Holland America, and absolutely loved the experience exploring each Caribbean Island.

She has recently returned home from a quick trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. While there Sam tried a variety of authentic Mexican dishes and had a chance to visit various resorts in the Riviera Nayarit and Bucarias. She had the pleasure of releasing baby sea turtles at dusk.
