"Chartered" flights are direct flights from various cities across Canada that tour companies such as Signature or Transat Holidays operate. They are usually seasonal and are used in conjunction with vacation packages. However you can book them on an air fare only basis as well. Destinations include Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and more.
